I have never painted before, is this event for me?

No experience is needed as a lead-artist will be providing technical and artistic guidance throughout the session. You don’t need much inspiration either since we provide a model painting, but a glass of wine will definitely help unleash your creativity!

How can I get a ticket?

Choose your event on the Events page, click “buy tickets” and follow the instructions until payment is complete. Payments are handled through Paypal but you do not need a Paypal account: you can choose to check-out as a guest.

Do I need to bring anything?

No, we provide all the art material you’ll need to create your own artwork: paint, brushes, canvases, aprons, palette, easels and the model artwork. Remember to leave behind all these materials at the end of the event: they remain the property of Let’s Paint Pompey. You name will be on our guest-list, so no need to print out any confirmation emails.

Can I organise my own Private Party or Corporate Event with Let’s Paint Pompey?

Yes, we organise Private Events, Birthday Parties, Corporate Events, and Stag/Hen Parties!  Contact us to let us know what date and location you have in mind and the number of guests you would like to bring.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, we offer gift vouchers for 1 guest or 2 guests! Find them on this page.

What if I want to cancel my ticket?

LPP does not refund tickets.

If you notify us that you are unable to attend an event at least 48 hours prior to the event start time, we can operate a ticket transfer. We will send you a voucher code will allow you to book another LPP event within 3 months. A transfer fee of £3.00 per ticket will apply. For example, if you bought two tickets and want to transfer them, we will send you a voucher code worth £40 (Price of two tickets: £46, minus two times the transfer fee:  £6.00).

Each ticket can only be transferred once. LPP will not operate ticket transfers within 48 hours to the event start time.

Please note the Group Discount Tickets or any other kind of discounted ticket are neither refundable nor transferable.

What if Let’s Paint Pompey cancels an event?

In the unlikely event that Let’s Paint Pompey cancels a session, you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance, unless execptional circumstances prevent us to do so. Let’s Paint Pompey reserves the right to cancel an event if the numbers of participants has not reached our threshold (usually 5 people). If we cancel an event you have booked for, you will be entitled to a ticket transfer, or a voucher equivalent to the amount you spent, or a refund via bank transfer.

Is food and drink included?

Unless stated otherwise on the event information page, drinks and food are NOT included in the ticket price. Food and drink is available for purchase in our venues; you cannot to bring your own.

Is there a loyalty programme?

There is no loyalty programme but we occasionally promote special offers, flash sales and discounts.

Is there group discounts?

We offer the option to buy tickets with “Group Discount” at £20 each for groups of 4 people and up.

How do I redeem my Gift Voucher?

Simply select the event you want to attend and go through the normal check-out process. You will be asked to enter your 7-digit code before the payment. If you have a Voucher for 2, please note that you can only redeem it at once, meaning that both guests have to attend the same event.

Is there an age restriction?

LPP’s events are meant for adults. LPP is not responsible in any manner if persons under the legal drinking age attend the Event.
